FAQs
For how long should we book you?
Up to 3 hours: approx. 1 hour for the ceremony, 30 minutes for the couple session and 1 hour during the reception.
Up to 5 hours - the most booked: approx. 1.5 hours for the ceremony plus preparations / arriving at the location, a solid 1 hour for the couple session and 2 hours during the reception.
Up to 7 hours: Here I am involved from the start to almost the end. From the preparations to the very best part of your party.
After the wedding?
The biggest work, i.e. sorting through the pictures, is what I do as a photographer. That is why you will receive from me only the best pictures of your wedding.
I edit and enhance every single one of the selected pictures to create a perfect look.
I will provide you with all the edited images in two sizes. A high-resolution file for prints, posters, etc. And a smaller resolution file suitable for your social media channels and for sharing via email or mobile phone.
In addition, I create a personal, password-protected online gallery for you. You can then share the login with friends and family. Every guest with access to this gallery can directly download images for himself.
How long do you store our pictures?
The online gallery is usually accessible for 2-3 years.
All the edited images remain archived by me forever and are regularly backed up. If at any point you want a picture in a different format or colour scheme (e.g. CMYK) or if you have lost your copies, then please get in touch with me at any time.
From the offer to the booking?
You inquire if your date is available with me. If yes, I will be pleased to submit a personalised offer.
If you want to definitely book me, then send me the signed offer back. As soon as the agreed deposit has been paid, the appointment is fixed.
We discuss your individual wishes and the precise schedule together. This can be by email, phone, videochat or over a coffee at my place.
All details are settled: the big day can come.
Tips for your planning!
The most important thing: it's your wedding! You have to enjoy the day. That's why I recommend appointing one or two people who know exactly what's happening and who are also my designated contact persons.
Group pictures: Yes, definitely. Be sure to think in advance about who you would like to be photographed with in a group or individually. Make a shortlist and give it to your contact person. They should then gather these people together and arrange the time with me on site.
And: less really is more! It's better to take one picture with many people at once than a hundred single pictures. The briefer the group posing, the more fun everyone will have. We do anything additional spontaneously!
